Delivery Information

We offer FREE WORLDWIDE DELIVERY on all orders over £25. Goods are dispatched on receipt of payment and the parcel is fully trackable. A signature is required upon receipt.

UK orders are dispatched via First Class Recorded (signed for) Delivery via Royal Mail.

Europe and Worldwide sales are dispatched on receipt of payment by Priority Express Air and the parcel is fully trackable. Your order arrives in your country in 2-3 days and is handled by your national postal service. Customers receive the tracking number. A signature is required upon arrival. All parcels are fully insured. Customs labels are attached to the front of non-EU parcels to provide speedy passage in your country. They are also dated on day of dispatch. We email all customers on dispatch of orders.

If your order is over £300, you will be liable for additional shipping costs, which are quoted and charged on an individual order basis – please contact us for more information.

Non-EU customers will save 20% at the checkout on the price of the goods as UK Tax (VAT) is automatically deducted.
